滇池水葫芦对铅和镉的富集形态模拟研究

摘    要:[目的]研究滇池水葫芦对铅和镉的富集.[方法]滇池水葫芦分别置于1.0 mg/L 的Pb2+、Cd2+溶液中进行培植后,对其根、茎、叶分别用80%乙醇、去离子水、1 mol/L 氯化钠溶液、2%乙酸和0.6 mol/L 盐酸逐级提取,并对提取液及提取残渣的消解液进行ICP分析.[结果]结果表明,滇池水葫芦各个部位的提取液及消解液中均含有Pb2+、Cd2+,提取液中2种金属离子的浓度并不会逐级递减,说明提取液中的富集形态各不相同;利用HPLC-MS分析并初步筛选出了各提取液中与铅和镉结合的基团.[结论]该研究为提取水葫芦中的重金属提供理论依据.

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the enrichment of Eichhornia crassipes on Pb and Cd.[Method] Eichhornia crassipes collected from Dianchi was inoculated in 1.0 mg/L(Pb2+,Cd2+) solution,then sequentially extracted from the root,stem and leaf with 80% ethanol,deionized water,1 mol/L NaCl(sodium chloride solution),2% acetic acid and 0.6 mol/L HCl(hydrochloride).The digestion solution of the extraction and residues were analyzed by ICP method.Pb2+ and Cd2+ were detected in all the digestion solution.And ...
