摘    要:通过研究冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)固体发酵物水提液对负重小鼠游泳时间的影响,初步探讨其抗疲劳作用。结果表明:与阴性对照组相比,灌胃喂养冬虫夏草固体发酵物水提液的小鼠负重游泳时间显著延长,证明在本试验条件下冬虫夏草固体发酵物具有显著的抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:Ophiocordyceps sinensis mycelium was grown in 250 mL glass bottles on a solid medium consisting of 1% glucose,0.5% peptone,0.3% yeast extract and 0.3% malt extract in distilled water mixed with rice(1.5∶1).Hot(80-99 ℃) aqueous extracts of fungal mycelium grown for 25-30 d were administered to mice as part of their daily liquid intake(0.2 mL/10 g body weight) for 30 d and the anti-fatigue effects were evaluated using the weight-loaded swimming times of the mice as indicator.Extracts at a dose level of 1.27 g/kg·body weight had a significant(P<0.05) anti-fatigue effect compared with untreated controls.
