张家口市城乡图书馆信息服务共享体系建设研究

针对张家口市图书馆信息服务现状，分析了制约图书馆信息服务发展的因素，提出以市级公共图书馆为中心、高校图书馆为辅助，依托政府财政和公益扶持，将信息资源逐步引向县乡镇图书馆（室），形成以城带乡、城乡一体化协调发展的城乡图书馆信息服务共享体系，创造良好的图书馆区域发展环境。
