摘    要:利用播种繁殖技术播种一串红(Salvia splendens)、金鱼草(Antirrhinum majus)、彩叶草(Coleus blumei)种子。对每种草花种子均设光、暗两组对比:黑暗处理的种子进行正常覆土,并用黑布罩住盆口;光照处理的一组则不进行覆土。3组种子全部置于同温、同湿、同光照强度的光照培养箱中。通过对累积萌发率、发芽指数及发芽势的测定,比较光照对3种草花种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:光照处理对一串红种子的累积萌发率、发芽指数及发芽势均有明显的促进作用,而对金鱼草和彩叶草种子的累积萌发率、发芽指数及发芽势则无明显影响。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the germination characteristics of Salvia splendens, Antirrhinum majus and Coleus blumei seeds under light and dark environment. Seeds under dark conditions were covered with soil, with a black cloth on the basin mouth, while those under light conditions were uncovered. Three groups of seeds were all put in the same light incubator under the same temperature, humidity and light intensity. Impacts of light on the germination characteristics of these three species of flower seeds were compared in terms of accumulated germination rate, germination index and germination energy. Result indicates that light treatment has remarkable promoting effects on the accumulated germination rate, germination index and germination energy of S. splendens seeds, while it has little influence on the other two flower seeds.
