摘    要:以50mg/L、100mg/L、150mg/L和200mg/L的细胞分裂素(KT)、6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)与赤霉素(GA3)分别处理温室囤栽的花椒植株,研究其对萌芽和产量的影响.结果表明,3种试剂的不同浓度处理都促使花椒提前萌芽,各处理早期产量都明显高于对照.不同浓度的KT和GA3处理都使花椒芽总产量增加,以50mg/L GA3效果最佳.6-BA对产量的作用不稳定,不适宜应用.

Abstract:Kinetin(KT), 6 benzyl aminopurine(6 BA) and Gibberelin(GA 3 ) of different concentrations, i e 0mg/L, 50mg/L, 100mg/L, 150mg/L and 200mg/L, were supplied to Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim in a green house in winter, respectively Results showed that all the treated plants sprouted buds earlier than the control Bud yield at early stage was promoted by the treatments, too Total yields were definitely enhanced by GA 3 and KT, but indefinitely by 6 BA The optimal treatment is 50mg/LGA 3
