毕节烤烟总糖含量与多酚类物质含量的分布特征及关系分析

摘    要:以毕节主产烟区59份烤烟样品为材料,研究了毕节烤烟总糖、多酚类物质含量的分布特征及关系分析,结果表明:(1)毕节地区烟叶样品中总糖含量略高于烤烟总糖适宜值,平均值为28.43%,变幅为23.53%~36.77%;多酚物质含量的平均值为45.92 mg/g,变幅为27.37~75.09 mg/g;(2)毕节烤烟总糖含量与多酚类物质含量存在密切关系,高总糖类群烟叶原料的多酚物质含量明显高于中糖类群和低糖类群;多酚类物质中除芸香苷在不同类群间的差异未达到差异显著外,其余各项指标在类群间的差异均达到了显著或极显著水平;(3)相关分析结果表明,毕节低总糖类和中总糖类烤烟中总糖含量与多酚物质含量呈显著正相关,而高糖类烤烟糖含量与多酚物质含量的负相关未能达到显著水平。

Abstract:Distribution characteristics and relationship analysis of total sugar and polyphenols content in flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied by analysis of total 59 samples from Bijie area in Guizhou province.The results indicated that:(1) Total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco leaves,ranging from 3.53% to 36.77% and with a mean of 28.43%,was slightly higher than its suitable value.Content of polyphenols was 45.92 mg/g,ranging from 27.37 mg/g to 75.09 mg/g.(2) There was inherent relationship between total sugar and polyphenols in flue-cured tobacco leaves.For samples in high total sugar group,content of polyphenols was significantly higher than that of samples in medium and low sugar groups.The difference of polyphenols composition among different groups reached 5% or 1% significant level only except for rutin.(3) Correlation analysis result indicated that there existed significantly positive correlation between total sugar and polyphenols content in low and medium total sugar groups.However,the negative correlation between total sugar and polyphenols content did not reach 5% significant level in high total sugar group.
