车辆传动系虚拟试验系统的研究

摘    要:介绍了车辆传动系虚拟试验系统,该系统针对发动机的动力性,经济性,分析了车辆变速器最佳动力性和经济性换挡规律的获得方法。为AMT控制模块的开发提供了一个虚拟试验平台。在该平台上,可以虚拟出车辆在给定路面上的运行情况,记录车辆在AMT控制模块监控下的工作情况,动态反映出控制模块中的控制规则对车辆动力性和经济性的影响,为AMT控制模块的改进提供了依据。

Abstract:A virtual test system of vehicle power train was described, which was used to solve the problem of engine dynamic and economic performances. The optimizing method for the best engine dynamic and economic performances was analyzed. The developed virtual test system offers a virtual environment to develop the AMT control module. Running status on a certain road could be gotten on this circumstance. The working conditions of a vehicle can be recorded in a digital form, which dynamically reflects the influence of the control rules on the engine dynamic performance and economic performance. It provides a basis for modifying the AMT control module.
