绵羊与牛片形吸虫病的粪便检测新技术

摘    要:本文应用廖党金 (1 996)的方法 [9] ,并对粪便的不同稀释度和采样量进行处理来检测绵羊和牛片形吸虫病。选 2只绵羊 ,每羊分别称取 1 g、3g、5g、8g、1 1 g和 1 4g粪便样品 ,每个样品沉淀液分别做 5~ 1 0 m L/g的稀释 ;选 3头黄牛 ,每牛分别称取 3个 1 0 g粪便样品 ,样品沉淀液分别做 3~5m L/g、5~ 7m L /g和 5~ 8m L /g稀释度 ,然后计数其片形吸虫虫卵 ,结果表明每 g羊粪便沉淀液稀释 5~ 1 0 m L和每 g牛粪便沉淀液稀释 3~ 7m L较佳。对片形吸虫虫卵在牛和羊粪便中分布的均匀性测定 :在 6只绵羊 ,从每只绵羊一次排出粪便的 6个不同部位各取一个 2 g重的小样品 ,分别对这 6个小样品处理、计片形吸虫虫卵数 ,求出其 EPG值 ;在 4头黄牛 ,从每头黄牛一次排出的粪便的 5个不同部位各取 1 0 g重的小样品 ,分别对这 5个小样品处理、计片形吸虫虫卵数 ,求出其 EPG值。然后用数学方法分别处理其 EPG值 ,结果表明用本检测方法检查绵羊片形吸虫病所需的粪便采样量每只羊应在 4.7g以上 ,检查牛片形吸虫病所需的粪便采样量每头牛应在 2 7.5g以上

NEW DIAGNOSING TECHNIQUE OF FASCIOLIOSIS IN SHEEP AND CATTLE
Abstract:This paper deals with that the Liao method(1996) [1] modified was used for the diagnosis of the degree of the fascioliosis in sheep and cattle.The sediments of the 1 g,3 g,5 g,8 g,11 g,and 14 g subsamples from any of the feces in 2 sheep were diluted 5mL and 10mL with water per gram of feces.The sediments of the three 10 g subsamples from any of feces in 3 cattle were diluted 3mL and 5mL,5mL and 7mL or 5mL and 8mL with water per gram of feces.The results indicated that the optimum dilutions of fecal sediments were 5 10mL for sheep and 3 7mL for cattle,respectively. For obtaining the correct sampling quantity of fece for counting the Fascoila egg,the six 2 g subsamples from the six different parts of any fece of 6 sheep and the five 10 g subsamples from five different parts of any fece of 4 cattle were collected and operated.Their EPG values of the eggs were obtained.The results were that the Fasciola eggs were well distributed in almost subsamples of sheep and cattles.After calculating their EPGs,the results indicated that the sampling quantites of feces might to be over 4.7g each sheep and 27.5g each cattle for diagnosis of the degree of fascioliosis in sheep and cattle respectively.
