摘    要:本文介绍了以氨水脱除沼气中CO_2、H_2S及回收利用的试验研究成果。试验表明,采用氨水法同时脱除沼气中CO_2和H_2S具有良好效果,CO_2平均脱除率达90.3%,H_2S平均脱除率达99.9%,提高CH_4含量到90%以上。减少贮气柜和输配气系统投资三分之一左右。本成果还对低浓度氨水法脱除沼气中H_2S单一组分的工艺条件和运行参数等内容作了系统试验,H_2S脱除率达99.9%。

Abstract:The persent paper describes studies on the remoral of CO_2 and H_2S from biogas by liquid ammonia method. The result show that the liquid ammonia method is effective for the removal of CO_2 and H_2S from.biogas. The CO_2 removal rate is up to 90.3%, and the H_2S removal is as hish as 99.9%. The content in biogas increased to more than 90% after CO_2 is removed, hence the cost methane for biogas storage is decreased by one third. The study on process condition and operating parameters for the removal of H_2S are also described.
