光合菌肥对日光温室黄瓜生长及果实品质的影响

摘    要:试验研究了不同稀释倍数的光合菌肥(稀释倍数分别为30倍、60倍、120倍、180倍)对日光温室栽培黄瓜植株生长及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同处理对黄瓜植株的生长均具有促进作用,其中稀释60倍和120倍两种处理效果比较显著,黄瓜株高和茎粗生长量均显著高于其它处理;稀释60倍处理的黄瓜叶片叶绿素含量显著高于其它处理;稀释30倍、60倍和120倍和处理黄瓜叶片中可溶性糖含量、硝酸还原酶活性较对照均有显著增加。光合菌肥还能显著增加黄瓜果实中VC含量,降低硝酸盐积累。因此,喷施稀释60一120倍的光合菌肥可促进Et光温室黄瓜植株的生长,提高果实品质。

Abstract:Effects of different Photosynthetic Bacteria Fertilizer ( dilution multiples : 30, 60, 120, 180 times) on the growth and fruit quality of cucumber in greenhouse were studied. The results showed that: all treat- ments could promote the growth of cucumber. By comparison of the growth increment of plant height and stem diameter of cucumber, the treatment of dilution 60 and 120 times were found to be more beneficial to the growth of cucumber than other treatments. The treatments of dilution 30, 60, 120 times increased the soluble sugar content and nitrate reductase activity of leaves in Cucumber significantly. The three treatments all in- creased the VC content and reduced the nitrate content in cucumber fruit significantly. So, Photosynthetic Bacteria Fertilizer diluted 60 ~ 120 times was the most effective than other treatments
