莴苣中硒含量分布和赋存形态研究

摘    要:研究了大田补硒栽培莴苣成熟期各器官中硒的含量分布和赋存形态,结果表明:莴苣对硒有一定的富集能力,叶片吸收的无机硒进入莴苣体内代谢后转化为多种形态有机硒,根、茎、叶中的核酸、多糖和蛋白质结合硒是硒的主要赋存形态,生物大分子有机硒含量占总硒量的70%以上。

Abstract:The distribution and combined forms of selenium in cos lettuce with adding selenium plant in field were studied It was found that cos lettuce could enrich selenium through the leaves of absorbing selenite and transform selenite into various organic selenium by mothballing Nucleic polysaccharide and protein combined selenium were main form the contents of combined selenium hold 33 4%,41 4%,21 6% in total Se All big biological molecular combined selenium hold 70% in total selenium
