思茅松优树半同胞子代测定结果分析

摘    要:在思茅松种子园建设中, 分别采集不同产地的90 株优树种子培育子代林, 在普文林场进行了半同胞子代测定。各性状相关分析结果表明树高、胸径、冠幅与材积生长相关密切。通过主要性状方差分析显示差异显著,进而对主要性状的遗传参数进行了评估, 并根据检验t 值的显著性, 进行了优良家系选择。对各家系的主要性状所作的遗传相关分析结果表明树高早晚期遗传稳定, 为思茅松早期选择提供了依据。

Abstract:During the construction of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis clone seed orchard,seeds of 90 superior trees selected from different places were cultivated to form progeny forest,and then half sib progeny test was made in Puwen Forest Farm.The results of analysis on the related characters show height,diameter,and canopy have close relation with volume growth.Variance analysis taken on major characters shows evident difference,and then assessed the genetic parameters of these characters,together with T testing,superior families were chosen in the end.The above genetic analysis on major characters of each family indicates inherence of height is stable in early and later period.That provides basis for earlier selection of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis .
