| 摘 要： | 目的]研究免疫八肽AT—N的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法]依据Fmoc-固相多肽合成原理，以不同树脂作为固相载体，分别合成免疫八肽及其乙酰化、酰胺化产物；以水-乙腈为二元梯度洗脱流动相，0．1％三氟乙酸为离子对，用RP—HPLC对合成产物进行纯化，冷冻干燥后得到纯度大于95％的免疫多肽。将这3种多肽混合进行分离度试验。结果]最终确定了免疫多肽AT—N的HPLC分析方法，使得分离度达到了定量分析要求。结论]该研究为以后的中试生产提供了理论指导。
