我国奶制品冷链系统模式研究

摘    要:奶制品在“后冷链”中所涉及的范围比较广泛,为了进一步保障奶制品的质量安全,就必须构建完善的并且适合的奶制品后冷链系统.如果要想奶制品始终处于低温状态下,就必然离不开完善的冷链系统.本文主要研究了奶制品冷链系统及奶制品冷链模式.

Abstract:The scope of dairy products is broad in"after cold-chain",in order to further guarantee the quality and safety of dairy products,it is necessary to establish a perfect and suitable cold-chain system for dairy products.If want dairy products remains under low temperature,it can not be separated the perfect cold chain system.This paper mainly studies the dairy product cold chain system and dairy product cold chain mode.
