家兔角膜表面结构研究 表皮火山口样结构的扫描及透射电镜观察

摘    要:关于角膜上皮表面形态的扫描电镜研究,自 Blümbe 和 Morgenro 最初报告以来,到目前为止很多学者在正常及实验条件下进行了观察。角膜最表层上皮细胞表面由所谓微绒毛和微皱襞的无数细胞突起组成。一般认为微绒毛和微皱襞可以形成和维持泪膜。微绒毛的多少在扫描电镜下呈现不同的电子密度,从而明确区分为亮细胞、中间细胞和暗细胞。另外现已知道在这些最表层上皮细胞的表面常可看到许多散在的表皮火山口结构。但是关于这种表皮火山口的本质,报告者的意见很不明确。本文是关于家免眼角膜最表层所谓火山口结构的扫描和透射电镜观察结果,并对表皮火山口的存在意义进行了探讨。

Abstract:The surface of corneal epithelium of the rabbit was studied by the SEM and TEM.
