李属植物脱毒技术及病毒检测研究进展

摘    要:该文对李属植物主要病毒病、脱毒技术及病毒检测进行了系统的论述.李属植物大多为园艺植物,由于病毒危害,严重降低其经济价值.各国对病毒病的研究和防治极为重视,目前主要采用脱毒技术以获得脱毒苗.常用脱毒技术包括茎尖培养、茎尖微嫁接、热处理和化学处理.经脱毒处理的苗木必须经过严格的病毒检测,确定脱毒,才能推广应用.常用病毒检测方法有指示植物法、酶联免疫法和分子生物学技术.

Abstract:The main viruses in Prunus species, the techniques of virus|free and detection of virus in Prunus species are discussed in the paper. Infected by viruses, the value of Prunus species being horticultural plants was greatly decreased. Lots of efforts were given to research on and fight against the viruses. The plants of virus|free would be obtained by eradicating viruses. Shoot|tip culture in vitro, shoot|tip micrografting in vitro, thermotheraphy, and chemotherapy were among common eradicating methods. Before application, the plants should be pretreated to ensure being virus|free. Indicator plants, ELISA, and molecular techniques were applied in detecting viruses.
