新型杀菌剂500F的抗菌活性测定

摘    要:采用喷雾接种方法和生长速率法,测定了500F对蔬菜几种主要病害的抗菌谱:对白粉病有极强的抑菌活性,EC90值仅为1.12μg/mL,并对霜霉病、早疫病、灰霉病和菌核病等病原也有很好的抑菌活性。田间试验表明:500F对黄瓜白粉病防效可达到95.72%,显著地高于常用药剂腈菌唑;对黄瓜白粉病的持效期可达26d左右,并有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract:The antimicrobial spectrum of 500F to the several main diseases of vegetables was determined by means of spraying inoculability and hypha growth velocity. It has high antimicrobial activity on powdery mildew the value of EC90 is 1.12 μg/mL, and it is also effective on the mildew,blight,gray mold and rhizoctonia disease.The field experiment showed that the efficiency of 500F on powdery mildew is up to 95.72%,markedly higher than that of Myclobutanil.500F,whose effective duration is about 26 days,presents obvious cure action.
