缅茄繁育技术的研究

摘    要:缅茄是多年前从缅甸引入的一个珍稀外来树种。对缅茄进行种子发芽试验和利用培育出的种子苗进行换冠嫁接研究,发现种子发芽率与种子处理方法关系密切,种子在100℃开水浸种,自然冷却24h取出播种,发芽率可达97%以上;利用嫁接换冠技术,取优良缅茄品种的结果枝作接穗,在秋季进行嫁接,取得较佳效果。

Abstract:Pahudia xylocarpa is the rare and precious foreign tree from Burma early years.Because the seed is precious and hard to sprouting,that people aren't know the propagation technology enough.Now doing the experiment on seed sprouting and using the cultivate seedling to grafting,we find the seed sprout rate on intimate terms with the method of handle seed.Put it in the boiling water and make cool nature during 24h,get it out to seeding,that sprout rate would be over 97%;With the graft propagating using the bear fruit branches of fine Pahudia xylocarpa to be scions,grafting in autumn,would be good result.
