许氏平鲉消化管上皮细胞及消化腺组织学和组织化学

The histology and histochemistry of the epithelia of a digestive tract and digestive glands in Sebastes schlegeli (Hilgendorf) were observed by light microscopy and electric microscopy.The stratified squamous epithelia lining the surfaces of buccal cavity, tongue, and oesophagus have micro-rugae, goblet cells and taste buds, but the lower oesophagus is covered with both stratified squamous epithelia and single-layered columnar cells. The stomach has a single-layered columnar epithelium, whose cells have top plates. In the parts of cardia and caeca, there are plenty of gastric glands, while there are no gastric glands in the pyloric part and at the bottom of caeca. The intestinal epithelia are the single layer columnar cells. The number of goblet cells is more in the small intestine than that in the rectum. The epithelia of the pyloric caeca have the same structure as the small intestine. The structures of liver and pancreas were also axamined.
