| 摘 要： | 目的]为稻瘟病菌分离工作提供参考。方法]研究稻瘟病菌的常规分离、保存方法和稻瘟的病组织保湿培养法。结果]将标样置于保湿的培养皿内保湿产孢后抖落到平板上挑取单一菌落,然后经过滤纸片法保存能够很好地分离和保存稻瘟病菌菌种。结论]该试验方法降低了分离难度,提高了保存效率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide references for the isolation of the rice blast fungus.Method] The routine isolation and preservation methods of the rice blast fungus and the moisture-retaining culture of diseased tissues were studied.Result]s The material was placed in wet culture dish and was knocked on plate to select colonies.The rice blast fungus strain could be isolated and preservated by filter paper method.Conclusion] The method in the experiment reduced the difficulty of isolation and improved the efficiency of preservation. |
