盐分胁迫对公路护坡植物紫穗槐适应性的影响

摘    要:本实验通过对公路两侧路肩及护坡回填土中的盐分程度和处理组不同浓度盐分的生长环境设定,对3年生紫穗槐的植物生理生化特性的数据分析,研究紫穗槐耐盐碱实际的应用效果。研究结果证实,盐分胁迫浓度的升高,对紫穗槐表现的蒸腾速率(Tr)、净光合速率(Pn)、K+含量等技术指标呈现下降趋势,而过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、游离脯氨酸(Free Pro)、可溶性糖、Na+等多种物质含量呈明显升高。叶绿素总量、叶绿素a和b等含量随种植土中盐分浓度减小而呈对应减少。从分析各项指标数据得出紫穗槐3年生苗木对盐渍环境具有很强的适应性和良好的自我调节功能。

Effects of Salt Stress on Highway Slope Protection Plant Adaptability of Amorpha Fruticosa
Abstract:Abstracts:This experiment set on the growth environment on both sides of the road shoulder and slope back to fill in salt and treated with different concentrations of salinity, analysis on plant physiological and biochemical characteristics of 3 year old Amorpha fruticosa data, application of the actual salt tolerance of Amorpha fruticosa. Research results showed that the higher concentration of salt stress, the transpiration rate of Amorpha fruticosa performance (Tr), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), the content of K+ and other technical indicators showed a downward trend, and the peroxidase (POD) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), free proline (Free Pro), a variety of content the soluble sugars, Na+ increased significantly. The content of chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and B decreased with the decrease of salt concentration in the soil. From the analysis data of the indicators that Amorpha fruticosa has strong adaptability and good self regulating function of the saline environment 3 years old seedlings.
