苦楝种核提取物对菜青虫拒食作用研究初报

摘    要:苦楝种核的几种溶剂提取物对菜青虫选择性和非选择性拒食作用均较强,其中石油醚和氯仿两种提取物对菜青虫拒食作用高于乙醇和水的提取物,也高于苦楝油,而低于川楝素。

Abstract:Experiments with extracts of the seed kernels of Melia azedarach by somesovents in laboratory and green house shows that their potential as strongselective antifeedants aind non-selective antifeedants against cabbageworm. Ofthem chloroform extracts and petroleum ether extracts have stronger effectthan ethanol extracts, water extraces and Chinaberry (Melia azedarach L.)seed oil, but poorer effect than toosendanin. The median selective antifeedantconcentration (AFC_(50)) for the third instar Cabbageworm was determined tobe, 1.068% for chloroform extracts, 2. 0% for petroleum ether extracts, 2.18%for M. azedarach seed oil and 0.0428% for toosendanin.
