摘    要:通过对欧美杨喷施黄腐酸后的几项生理指标的研究,结果表明,质量浓度为3.5 g•L-1的处理效果最好,其气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别比对照降低了42.0%和26.1%;对光合作用有促进作用;对欧美杨的叶水势提高幅度为13.8%,能显著抑制叶水势的下降。

Abstract:Influence of FA on photosynthesis and transpiration rate of Populus Euramericana was researched.The result showed the effect of FA of 3.5 g•L-1 is the Best,which reduced stomatal conductance and transpiration rate by 29.1% and 26.3% Respectively; FA could promote photosynthetic rate;The leaf water potential was improved by 14.3%,it had an obvious prohibiting effect on the decrease of leaf water potential.
