转BADH、mtlD基因旱稻耐盐性比较

摘    要:为了获得变异材料,培育耐盐水稻,以便更好地开发利用盐渍耕地。将转入BADH和mtlD基因的5个旱稻新品系在黄河三角洲盐渍土上种植,通过产量及主要农艺性状的比较,分析转基因旱稻的耐盐性差异,选出耐盐能力强的品系并确定其耐盐范围。在含盐量(0.30±0.05)%土壤种植旱稻,2号品系较对照增产最少,为60 kg/hm2;5号品系较对照增产最多,为420 kg/hm2。在含盐量(0.50±0.05)%土壤种植旱稻,供试品系较对照增产270~1 440 kg/hm2,5号品系增产最多,为33.3%。在含盐量(0.80±0.05)%土壤种植旱稻,各品系较对照增产7.5%~52.7%;3号品系增产最少,为210 kg/hm2;5号品系增产最多,达1 470 kg/hm2。在不同含盐量地块各供试品系在产量及农艺性状上均有较大差异,其中99-49、9-5两品系耐盐渍能力较强,适宜耐盐范围为(0.50±0.05)%。

Abstract:The study aimed to obtain genetic variation material and breed salt-tolerant rice varieties so as to develop and utilize salinized cultivated-land better.5 new lines of upland rice transferred with BADH and mtlD genes were planted in the salinized land in the Yellow River Delta.Through the comparison of the yield and major agronomy traits,the salt-resistance difference of transgenic upland rice was analyzed and the lines with strong salt-tolerance were screened and their salt-tolerance range was confirmed.Compared with CK,when the upland rice were planted in the salinized land with salt content at(0.30±0.05)%,line 2 increased leastyield,being 60 kg/hm2 and line 5 increased most,being 420 kg/hm2;when the upland rice were planted in the salinized land with salt content at(0.50±0.05)%,the test line increased 270~1 440 kg/hm2 and line 5 increased most,being 33.3%;when the upland rice were planted in the salinized land with salt content at(0.80±0.05)%,each line increased 7.5%~52.7%,line 3 increased least,being 210 kg/hm2 and line 5 increased most, being up to 1 470 kg/hm2.Each tested lines had great difference in yield and agronomy traits in the land with different salt contents,in which,line 99-4 and 99-5 had stronger salt-tolerance and their suitable salt-tolerance range was(0.50±0.05)%.
