摘    要:采用以棉籽皮或阔叶木屑为主料的混合培养基实现桦褐孔菌菌株JS-1的人工栽培.预结实试验证明了人工栽培桦褐孔菌具有可行性;研究了菌丝体由营养生长转为生殖生长的条件选择与控制,证明采用V配方,在温差10℃条件下,经过菌丝体后熟期和转色可形成菌核;且菌核在20~25℃范围内生长良好;发现控制通气是关键技术环节,菌株JS-1菌核形成和生长具有"限氧"的特性,氧气充足反不利于菌核生长.上述条件下,以棉籽皮为主料,一茬菇生物学效率可达到47%左右,干品得率8%.

Abstract:A strain of wild Inonotus obliquus JS-1 was artificially cultivated on compound substrates whose main component is cottonseed hull or saw dust from wide-leaf trees.Conditions promoting the switch from vegetative growth to reproduction were studied.Fruiting test demonstrated that JS-1 can form fruit bodies under artificial cultivation conditions.When substrate formula was applied,fruit bodies formed after mycelia underwent the stages of after-mature-periods and coloring and was stimulated with temperature fl...
