新安江水库表层水有色溶解有机质浓度的时空分布浅析

摘    要:2011年3月至2012年2月对新安江水库表层水有色溶解有机质(CDOM)浓度的时空分布进行了研究。利用XRX-620快速多参数水质剖面仪测定和统计分析得到新安江水库表层水CDOM浓度在4个样点上的月变化,结果显示表层水CDOM浓度在春季明显高于其他季节,夏初表层水CDOM浓度为全年最低,上游至下游浓度逐渐降低。CDOM浓度与叶绿素a浓度无显著正相关关系,表明新安江水库表层水CDOM的主要来源是陆源。

Abstract:Colored dissolved organic matter (CDOM) plays an important optical role in the aquatic ecosystem . The research focused on the spatial and temporal distribution of the concentration of CDOM in the superficial water of Xinanjiang Reservoir , which was from March , 2011 to February , 2012. The instrument measurements and statistical analysis showed the monthly variation of the concentration of CDOM in the superficial water of four cites in Xinanjiang Reservoir . The results suggested a tendency that the concentration of CDOM was higher in the upstream and spring than downstream and other seasons , and no significant positive correlation was found between the concentration of CDOM and chlorophyll-a , which implies the CDOM in the superficial water of Xinanjiang Reservoir is mainly terrigenous.
