| 摘 要： | 荞麦作为乌兰察布市特色产业,其生态效益显著,市场前景广阔,但是其产业化发展道路仍存在许多问题。文章分析了制约荞麦产业发展的主要问题,提出通过国家政策引导、种植技术改良以及加强生态意识、提升产品附加值等手段,大力发展荞麦产业,引导乌兰察布市旱作农业走向可持续发展道路。
