摘    要:综述了山西省辣椒生产的现状,对山西辣椒的种植面积、品种、栽培技术、销售和加工、种子生产及主要存在的问题进行了深入的阐述,提出了加强品种和栽培技术研究,发展龙头企业,树立品牌,加强技术培训等发展辣椒产业的措施。

Abstract:This article described the pepper production development status in Shanxi Province , especially the details for the area of pepper culture, varieties, cultural techniques, marketing and process, seed production and problems in pepper production. The countermeasures for development of pepper production are put forward, include to improve the research of new varieties and cultural techniques, development leading enterprises, set up top trademark and improve cultural techniques training etc.
