| 摘 要： | 传统的大学生医疗保健体制已经成为影响大学生身体健康和顺利完成学业的一个突出问题，改革这一传统体制，多渠道地筹措资金，建立新的医疗保健体系对于帮助大学生及时医治疾病、完成学业和促进我国高等教育的发展都具有十分重要的意义。
