摘    要:以高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas)种子为试材,分别在12.5、25.0、50.0、100.0mg·L~(-1)的ZnSO_4溶液中进行培养,分析了不同浓度Zn~(2+)胁迫对高羊茅种子的萌发、幼苗和植株生长及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:Zn~(2+)处理条件下,高羊茅种子的萌发率随着离子浓度的增加而减小,但变化趋势并不明显。随着Zn~(2+)胁迫浓度的增加,高羊茅幼苗根长呈下降趋势,且高浓度条件下根毛基本消失。幼苗的生物量、叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量均呈下降趋势。随着Zn~(2+)浓度的增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先下降后上升的趋势;叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量呈上升趋势;脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈先升高后降低的趋势;根活力呈下降趋势。

Abstract:Festuca arundinacea cv.Barlexas seeds were taken as test material,the effects of Zn2+stress on its seed and physiological and biochemical of seedling that were cultured in different concentrations(12.5,25.0,50.0,100.0mg·L-1)of ZnSO4 were discussed.The results showed that Zn2+ stress exhibited high inhibitory effects on Festuca arundinaceacv.Barlexas.The plant seeds germination rate was decreased with the Zn2+ concentration increased,but there was no obvious change.With the increasing of Zn2+concentration,the root length,the biomass of seedlings and contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased obviously.The results of physiological and biochemical characteristics indicated that the activities of SOD and POD tended to firstly decrease then increase with the increasing of Zn2+concentration;the content of MDA tended to increase;the content of proline tended to firstly increase then decrease with the increasing of Zn2+concentration.The root vigor showed to decrease gradually with the increasing of Zn2+concentration.
