辣椒优异资源耐热性遗传分析

摘    要:采用完全双列杂交的方法对6份耐热性不同的辣椒亲本材料进行耐热性遗传规律研究。结果表明:辣椒耐热性是多基因控制的数量遗传,以加性效应为主,配制杂交组合要选择耐热性较强的亲本。

Abstract:Six hot pepper varieties with different heat tolerance were crossed in the complete diallel crossing system. The results indicated that heat tolerance was controlled by polygenes, and the inheritance of heat tolerance in hot pepper was of dominant additive-effect. The resistant effect during crossing and back-crossing was insignificant. For hot pepper breeding, only both parents with high heat tolerance could produce F1 with strong heat tolerance.
