| Abstract: | A method for the separation and determination of thioaphanate-methyl and thiram in WP by HPLC with Alltima C18 column and UV detector at 270nm was introduced.The mobile phase consists of isopropanal and water.Using external standard method,the results showed that the coefficient of variation were 2.42% for thiophanate-methyl and 1.75% for thiram.The recovery for thiophanate-methyl and thiram were 99.60% and 99.75% respectively. The linear correlation was good. |
