斯氏艾美耳球虫体外脱囊过程中孢子囊余体的形态学和组织化学研究

摘    要:本研究观察了斯氏艾美耳球虫Eimeria stiedai子孢子体外脱囊过程中孢子囊余体的变化,并用组织化学技术研究了其化学特性。发现在子孢子脱囊的初期,即斯氏体离去和子孢子脱出之前,孢子囊余体已分散到整个孢子囊内,呈颗粒状,运动性强。第1个子孢子脱出后,余体颗粒密集于第2个子孢子周围,活动剧烈。脱囊完成后,余体颗粒向一起集中,在孢子囊钝端形成圆球状体,周围似乎有膜包围,此时巳失去运动性。组织化学研究证明,斯氏艾美耳球虫孢子囊余体含有多量的多糖、脂肪及蛋白质。同时还发现,孢子囊余体内有较强的酸性磷酸酶活性。

Abstract:During the initial stage of excystation of Eimeria stiedai before theStieda body left,the ovallyshaped sporocyst residual body had become granu-lar and actively scattered into the whole sporocyst.After the first sporozoiteleft the sporocyst,the residual body granules concentrated around the secondsporozoite in the sporocyst and moved fiercely.When the excystation wasfinished,the granules gradually centralized towards the blunt end of the spo-rocyst and finally formed there a spheroidal body,which looked like to beencircled by a membrane and had no activity.Histochemical studies indicatethat the sporocyst residual body mainly consists of polysaccharide,Lipid andprotein.There is positive reaction of acid phosphatase in the body.
