| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上分析了道路收费的原因,对城市道路与其他道路,两种类型道路收费存在的经济原因做了阐述,并且提出了采取城市道路收费来缓解交通拥挤现象的措施以及经营性投资公路的投资回收问题.

| Abstract: | The text analyzes the reason of roadway charging based on theory,and expatiates the economic causes of the two kinds of roadway charging,of urban road and others.Besides,it proposes a measure on releasing traffic congestion phenomenon throughout road charging and the problems of capital return from roadway investment. |
