| 摘 要： | 用苯甲酸雌二醇（０．１ｍｇ／ｋｇｂｗ／ｄ）、黄体酮（０．２５ｍｇ／ｋｇｂｗ／ｄ）和利血平（２．５ｍｇ／ｄ）对６头不孕且不产奶的黑白花成年奶牛进行了人工诱导泌乳实验，结果表明，所有实验牛均获成功，从开始挤奶后的第一个月起，产奶量均明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），但个体之间差异很大；在用药期间，处理牛基本未表现明显的性行为，处理后１２～１７ｄ，所有牛均出现行为上的发情

| Abstract: | Six adult cows were induced to lactate by injection of estradiol benzoate (0.1 mg/kg bw/d) and progesterone (2.5 mg/d). The results indicated that all the cows could response to the treatment and the milk yield increased significantly after the first month of milking (p<0.05) with the obvious individual variations. During the treatment, all cows did not show any obvious estrous behavior, however, behavior estrus was observed 12-17 days after the treatment. |
