| 摘 要： | SH2B衔接因子蛋白1(SH2B1,原名SH2-B)作为一种信号接头蛋白,在调控脂肪储存、糖的利用、能量平衡和体重的众多信号分子中起着一个关键蛋白的作用.本文综述了SH2B1结构、分布以及功能,并且介绍了SH2B1与瘦素信号转导和肥胖的关系、SH2B1在其它疾病上的研究现状,并对其前景做了展望.

| Abstract: | As a signaling adapter protein,SH2B adaptor protein 1(SH2B1;originally named SH2-B) plays a key role in the regulation of fat storage,sugar use,energy balance and bodyweight among the many signaling molecules.This paper reviewed the structure of SH2B1,as well as distribution and function,and introduced the relationship between SH2B1 and leptin signal transduction and obesity,and the research status of SH2B1 on other diseases,also the prospect of SH2B1 was put forward. |
