远距离高压输送木片装置压力损失计算方法的研究

摘    要:为了提高木片远距离高压压送计算的准确性,采用一种国际上流行的新的当量长度计算法,这种算法涵盖水平管段,垂直管段和所有弯头的压力损失计算,利用连续方程的质量守恒定律和等温过程的状态方程可以得到管道起点(供料器下的B点)和管道终点C(卸料点)的绝对静压力之差,即为BC管段的压力损失,加上其他损失即可得到该系统所耗损功率。

Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of long distance pressure feed computation of woodchips,a new equivalent length method popularized internationally was adopted in this paper.The algorithm covers the sections of horizontal pipe and vertical pipe as well as all the elbow pressure loss.Based on conservation of mass of continuity equation,and state equation of isothermal process,the absolute static pressure difference between starting of pipeline(Point B under the feeder) and end of the pipeline(discharge point) can be acquired,which is the pressure loss of BC segment.And the power loss of the whole system is the sum of BC segment pressure loss and other pressure loss.
