基于ANSYS的压力容器可靠性分析

摘    要:采用有限元软件ANSYS对压力容器进行可靠性对比分析,分析应力和强度都为正态分布情况下,其在加载过程中的位移情况,得出可靠性影响因子对概率分布的敏感影响的大小;分析应力和强度都为常数情况下,其在加载过程中的位移情况。通过分析结果的比较,说明可靠性设计的可行性与实用性。

Abstract:The reliability of pressure vessel was analyzed based on finite element software ANSYS.The displacement in the loading process was studied under the conditions that stress and intension were all normal distribution,and the contribution of sensitive effect factors on reliability was got.Then the displacement was analyzed when the stress and intension were constant.Results proved the practicability and feasibility of the reliability design.
