基于ARM的花椒烘房温度自动控制系统设计

摘    要:针对目前我国农村花椒烘房内温度的自动检测与控制问题,克服传统人工控制、PID控制方式的不足,提出了一种基于ARM技术的花椒烘房温度控制系统.该系统采用先进的模糊控制技术和ARM技术,在干燥过程中,使烘房内的温度按照系统内预存的最优控制曲线变化,整个控制过程由系统自动完成,无需人为干涉.实验结果表明:该系统具有很好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,节约能源,安全性高,控制精度和花椒烘干品质好,具有广泛的应用前景.
