旱热胁迫互作对春小麦不同基因型产量性状的影响

摘    要:以宁夏灌区自育的小麦品种(系)为供试材料,通过限水和后期人工升温研究了旱、热胁迫对其产量性状的影响。结果表明,旱胁迫下不同基因型千粒重、穗粒重平均为46.7 g和2.7 g,比正常环境下平均降低3.8%和4.9%。旱胁迫 热胁迫下不同基因型千粒重、穗粒重平均为43.7 g和2.2 g,比旱胁迫下的千粒重、穗粒重分别降低6.5%和18.9%。耐热材料的千粒重感热指数(S)平均为0.26,比热敏感材料低1.17。不同胁迫对小麦千粒重降低幅度的大小顺序是:旱、热胁迫互作>旱胁迫>热胁迫。

Abstract:21 varieties(lines) of wheat which were cultivated in irrigation area of Ningxia,study on yield trait under dry and heat stress by limit water and manual temperature rise in late filling perioa.The results showed an average of 1000-kernel weight and spike grain weight of different wheat genotypes under dry stress were 46.7 g and 2.7 g,and were reduced from 3.8% to 4.9% to compare with normal environment.The average of 1000-kernel weight and spike grain weight of different wheat genotypes under dry and heat stress were 43.7 g and 2.2 g,and were reduced from 6.5% to 18.9% to compare with dry stress treatments.The average of heat susceptibility index of 1000-kernel weight of heat tolerance wheat materials were 0.26,and lower1.17 than heat susceptibility wheat varieties.
