| 摘 要： | 双壁犁式物料连续混合机用于固体颗粒与液体之间的混合，由于采用了双壁犁式搅拌转子，物料在机内产生圆周间歇，轴向往复等多种复合运动，提高了物料的混合均匀性，减小了设备的体积，并能满足物料连续混合的要求。

| Abstract: | A flow material blender is used in mixing of solid grain and liquid in which a special revolver realizes the continuous operation of material mixing. Many double wing plows and an axis constitute the revolver. The blender makes the materials revolving intermittently and moving back and forth along the axis which improves the uniformity of material mixing and reduces the size of the machine. The paper introduces its structure and the design approach, analyses the mechanism of mixing, and discusses the results of experiment. |
