混合动力汽车动力传动系参数设计

摘    要:根据整车控制策略和自动无级变速器(CVT)特性,以满足整车动力性指标为前提,从最大限度地降低电机、电池组容量和燃油油耗的角度,对装备CVT的并联型混合动力汽车的发动机功率、交流感应电动机特性、主减速器速比和转矩合成器速比等参数的设计依据及其匹配进行了研究。

Abstract:Based on the control strategy of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) and property of continuously variable transmission (CVT), the parameter design and match of engine power, AC induce motor properties, final ratio and ratio of torque summer were studied in this paper. The research aimed to reduce the motor power, battery pack capacity and fuel consumption as much as possible in order to meet the power characteristics of a HEV. The results show that the required motor peak power and the battery pack capacity can be reduced by increasing the extend constant power range coefficient of a motor, the final ratio and the ratio of torque summer. The influence of the extend constant power range coefficient on the motor power and torque was analyzed and a method to choose the coefficient was proposed in this paper.
