山西桑树资源利用现状及发展模式探讨

桑蚕业是山西农业中的传统优势产业,生产历史悠久,桑树资源丰富。由于体制等原因,在桑蚕生产中存在基础设施不健全、技术服务不到位、产业结构不合理、龙头企业实力不强等问题。通过对桑树产品中的桑叶用于养蚕、加工中药及制茶的效益分析,桑果的营养及加工效益分析,桑枝用于食用菌种植、制作板材的效益分析,为山西今后桑树资源开发利用提供桑蚕模式、桑茶模式、桑果模式、桑禽模式、水土保持模式5种较为可行的发展模式。

Present Situation of Mulberry Resources Utilization and Approach to Its Growth Pattern

Mulberry-silkworm keeping is a superior tradiaonal industry in Shanxi agriculture and it has a long history and rich mulberry resources.There are so many problems because of system in the infrastructure construction,technique service,in-dustrial set-ups and the leading enterprises.Through analysis to the effect of mulberry leaves using for silkworms breeding,tradi-tional Chinese medicine and tea processing,the fruits nutrition and benefit of mulberry processing and the benefit of mulberry branches using in edible mushroom cultivation,we provide mulberry-silkworm,mulberry-tea,mulberry-fruit,mulberry-bird pat-tern and soil and waterconservation pattern and so on forthe future development.
