绿原酸对建鲤生长、非特异性免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:试验研究绿原酸对建鲤生长、非特异性免疫及抗氧化能力的影响。选择均重为(62.93±5.82)g的建鲤360尾,随机分为5组(A~E组)。分别添加0、100、200、400和800mg/kg的绿原酸,于试验第10、20、30和40天取样,分别测定各组增重率、头肾指数、脾脏指数、白细胞吞噬率、血浆溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性、总抗氧化能力及丙二醛含量。结果表明:第40天C组的增重率显著高于A组(P<0.05);各时段C组的头肾指数显著高于A组(P<0.05);第10、20和30天D组的脾脏指数显著高于A组(P<0.05);第10天,第20天和第30天C、D组的白细胞吞噬率显著高于A组(P<0.05);各时段D组血浆溶菌酶的活力显著高于A组(P<0.05);除第40天E组与A组的SOD差异不明显外(P>0.05),其余各组各时段的SOD均显著高于A组(P<0.05);第30、40天D组的CAT显著高于A组(P<0.05);第20、30和40天D组的T-AOC显著高于A组(P<0.05);第20、30和40天C、D组的MDA显著低于A组(P<0.05)。综合各指标的变化规律可知:①添加200mg/kg绿原酸能显著促进建鲤的生长;②添加200~400mg/kg绿原酸能显著增强建鲤的非特异性免疫和抗氧化能力;③长时间、高剂量添加绿原酸对建鲤的生长、非特异性免疫和抗氧化能力均有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:The experiment was aimed to investigate the effects of chlorogenic acid on growth performance,non-specific immunity and antioxidant functions of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian.360 Cyprinus carpio var.Jian with an average weight of(62.93±5.82) g were selected,and were randomly divided into 5 groups(group A~E).0,100,200,400 and 800 mg/kg of chlorogenic acid were added into the diets of 5 groups,respectively.On the 10th,20th,30th,40th day of the experiment,each group were sampled to measure weight gain rate,head kidney index,spleen index,phagocytic index of leukocyte,vitality of lysozyme,the SOD,CAT,T-AOC and MDA in blood.Results showed that: The 40th day,the weight gain rate of C group was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);the head kidney index of C group was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05) at each time;the 10th,20th and 30th day,the spleen index of D group was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);the 10th,20th and 30th day,the phagocytic rate of leukocyte of C group and D group was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);each time the activity of plasma lysozyme of D group was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);In addition,the SOD difference of group E and A was not apparent(P<0.05) on the 40th day,while the SOD of other groups in each period were significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05).The 30th and 40th day,the CAT of group D was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);the 20th,30th and 40th day,the T-AOC of group D was significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05);the 20th,30th and 40th day,the MDA of C group and D group was significantly lower than that of A group(P<0.05).Comprehensive changes of the indicators showed that: ① Adding 200mg/kg chlorogenic acid can significantly promote the growth of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian;② Adding 200~400 mg/kg chlorogenic acid can significantly enhance the nonspecific immune and antioxidant of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian;③ It has a certain degree of inhibition to the growth of Cyprinus carpio var.Jian and non-specific immunity and antioxidant function to add a high dose of chlorogenic acid for a long period of time.
