摘    要:分析了车用电涡流缓速器性能特性与结构参数的关系,建立了电涡流缓速器制动力矩随铁心直径、转子盘中心和磁极中心的距离、转子盘的厚度、气隙和转子盘材料变化的数学模型。并以某型号电涡流缓速器为例,应用五因素二次正交旋转回归设计,分析研究电涡流缓速器结构参数对制动力矩的影响程度,依次为转子盘的材料、转子盘厚度、气隙、铁心的直径、盘的中心到磁极中心的距离。

Abstract:The relationship between performance of eddy current retarder and structure parameters was deduced and the mathematical models of braking torque were established concerning diameter of iron core, distance between the centers of the disk and the pole, thickness of the disk, distance of air gap and material of disk in this paper. The influences of structure parameters of eddy current retarder on braking torque was analyzed by a five-factor quadratic-orthogonal regression design. Sensibilities of structure parameters to braking torques of eddy current retarder were investigated and their sequence from high to low is material of disk, thickness of disk, distance of air gaps, diameter of iron core, and distance between the centers of disk and pole.
