| Abstract: | Tannin is known as one of the main anti-nutritional factors in plant feed,which restricts the application of plant feed in animal production.The sources and content,the physical and chemical properties,and the mechanisms of antinutrition of tannin were summarized,and the treatment measures were discussed. |
