N—脱氢枞基氨基酸类两性表面活性剂合成及其结构与性质关系研究

摘    要:以脱氢枞胺为原料合成了四种氨基酸类两性表面活性剂,它们分别是N-脱氢枞基氨基 内、丙酸钠、乙基磺酸钠、(2-羟基O丙基磺酸钠。对产物结构进行了鉴定,测定了它们的表面物理性质及抗菌性能,并对结构与性质之间关系进行了探索。

Abstract:Four zwitterionic surface active agents namely:sodium-N-dehydroabietyl glycine (SDG), sodium-3- (N-dehydroabietyl) aminopropionate (SDAP), sodium-3-(N-dehydroabietyl) amino-2-(hydroxy)propane sulfonate (SDAPS) and sodium-2-(N-dehydroabietyl) amino ethyl sulfonate (SDAES) were synthesized from dehydroabietic amine and identified by EA, IR, NMR. Their surface physical properties and antibiotic performance were determined; correlations between their structures and performance were also investigated.
