An Evaluation of the Amylase and Haemolytic Tests for the Diagnosis of Hog Cholera |

| Abstract: | The amylase and haemolytic tests recommended for the diagnosis of hog cholera were used on normal swine, hog cholera-infected swine, hog cholera-immune swine and swine with some other virus diseases. The results obtained show that these tests do not appear to be sufficiently reliable for specific laboratory diagnosis. |
