摘    要:介绍16S rRNA基因的特点,阐述其用于病原菌分类鉴定的基本原理,综述其在兽医病原菌分类鉴定中的应用。

Abstract:Taxonomic identification of veterinary pathogens relies mainly on morphological characteristics, cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and immunological reactions. However, these methods are usually not accurate, cumbersome and time-consuming. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of gene diagnosis technology has been favored for taxonomic identification in recent years. 16S ribosomal small subunit (16S rRNA) gene is very useful and effective for taxonomic identification of these veterinary pathogens. The application of 16S rRNA in rapid detection of veterinary pathogens was reviewed.
