复方白毛藤注射剂对小鼠的免疫调节作用

为研究复方白毛藤注射剂对小鼠免疫调节作用 ,采用常规免疫学方法进行了 con A诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞转化增殖试验 ,硝基氟苯诱导迟发型变态反应试验 ,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能试验及小鼠碳粒廓清试验。结果表明 :该制剂中 ,高剂量组均具有明显增强 con A诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力 ,能显著增强硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应 ,明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力及小鼠碳粒廓清能力。与对照组相比差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,中、高剂量组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5)。

The Effect on Imunnity Function of Compound Solanum lyratum thunb Injection in Mice

In order to study the effect on immunity functions of compound Solanum Lyratum Thunb injection in mice, proliferation ability of spleen lymphocyte of mice induced by conA, delayed type hypersensitivity experiments induced by DNFB, the function of swallowing red cell of macrophage in abdominal cavity and clearance of carbon particle, were investigated by regular immunity ways. The results provied that both the middle dose group and high dose group had significant modulating effects on the three of tests index.There was evident difference in the experimental groups compared with that of control group(P<0.01). There was no difference between both dose groups(P>0.05).
